Bess Care is a highly professional care company offering specialised care with the personal touch to individuals in the community whilst using a person centered approach.

Our customer includes, service users, social services, residential and nursing establishments. We are statutorily governed by the Care Quality Commission in the UK under the Health and Social Care Act 2014 (Regulated Activities (Amendment) Regulations 2022 set by the government.

Bess Care is managed by a team of dedicated and experienced care professionals who know about the challenges faced by individuals when seeking the right kind of help.

The Registered and Care Manager has over 40 years nursing experience as well as having personal experiences supporting vulnerable adults who need continuity in their care. We provide a quality care service to preserve and maintain dignity, individuality and privacy of all service users and in so doing, will be sensitive to the service user's ever-changing needs.

We recruit and employ care workers who assist elderly, vulnerable adults, young adults and disabled people in their own homes, helping them to remain independent.

We also supply Nurses and Care workers to Nursing Homes, N.H.S., Private Hospitals and Residential settings.

Staff & Training

All our Nurses and Carers are appropriately trained to deliver the highest standard of care available. A continuous staff training program is implemented to ensure that these standards are maintained in line with the latest development in Care practices as set out by the Quality Care Commission.

Our care staffs are carefully screened and DBS checks are made and references are always checked thoroughly. During induction all Carers are trained by experienced and qualified personnel in the following critical subjects which will include but is not exhaustive

Bess Care works towards all carers holding a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and the care certificate. All new members of staff will train to achieve this important qualification.

The company provides online training, in-house training and external training. We send all staff on external training courses which enhances our mandatory training in Health and Social care.
