Our customer includes, service users, social services, residential and nursing establishments. We are statutorily governed by the Care Quality Commission in the UK under strict National Minimum Standards set by the Government.

Bess Care is managed by a team of dedicated and experienced care professionals who know about the difficulties people needing care often face when seeking the right kind of help.

The principal manager has over 20 years nursing experience as well as having a disabled daughter being classed as a vulnerable adult who needs continual care makes her able to provide a quality care service to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all service users and in so doing will be sensitive to the service user’s ever changing needs.

We recruit and employ care workers who assist elderly, vulnerable adults, young adults or disabled people in their own homes, helping them to remain independent. We also supply Nurses and Care workers to Nursing Homes, N.H.S., Private Hospitals and Residential settings.

Our care staff will provide direct personal, social and emotional care to service users in their own home as agreed in their care package.
